Service, Refund & Cancellation Policies
Effective September 29, 2026
1. Estimates and authorization
Website requests are inquiries only. Work begins only after the scope is reviewed and the customer authorizes the applicable estimate, repair order, invoice or other written work authorization. Estimates may change if hidden damage, prior modifications, seized or broken hardware, incompatible parts, machine work, additional diagnostics or other conditions are discovered.
2. Deposits and parts orders
A deposit may be required before scheduling work or ordering parts. Once special-order, custom, non-returnable or build-specific parts have been ordered, the portion of a deposit committed to those items may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Any refundable balance is handled according to the written job documents and the actual costs already incurred.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
Customers should request cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible. If a job is canceled before work begins and before non-returnable parts or outside services are committed, eligible refundable amounts will be returned. If parts, machine work, tuning time, diagnostics, teardown or other authorized work have already been incurred, those costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
4. Refunds
Authorized labor that has already been performed is generally not refundable simply because a customer later changes plans, sells the vehicle or decides not to continue a larger build. Parts refunds are subject to the supplier or manufacturer return policy, restocking fees, condition requirements and whether the part was special ordered or installed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when practical and may take additional time to appear based on the payment provider or bank.
5. Disputes and concerns
If there is a concern with a completed service, contact No Alibi Performance first so the issue can be reviewed. Reasonable access to inspect the vehicle may be required before a workmanship or parts-related claim can be evaluated. Unauthorized third-party repair or disassembly may make it harder to determine the original cause of a problem.
6. Customer-supplied parts
Customer-supplied parts are accepted only when approved for the specific job. No Alibi Performance is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, completeness, fitment or warranty support of customer-supplied parts. Additional labor caused by missing, incorrect, defective or incompatible customer-supplied parts may be billed separately. Labor related to replacing a defective customer-supplied component is not automatically covered.
7. Performance modifications
Modified vehicles may experience changes in idle quality, noise, fuel economy, emissions behavior, drivetrain stress, maintenance needs and component life. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, a specific horsepower number, elapsed time, sound characteristic or other result is not guaranteed. The customer is responsible for understanding how modifications may affect manufacturer warranties, insurance, registration, emissions compliance and street legality.
8. Tuning and third-party services
Some projects may involve independent tuners, machine shops, powder coaters, fabricators or other third-party providers. Their work, schedules and warranty terms may be governed by their own policies. When third-party services are part of a No Alibi Performance invoice, the applicable scope will be identified as clearly as practical.
9. Vehicle condition and pre-existing issues
Performance work does not correct unrelated pre-existing defects unless those repairs are part of the authorized scope. No Alibi Performance may recommend additional repair or cleaning work when existing contamination, wear, damage, oiling concerns, cooling issues or other conditions could affect the requested performance service.
10. Payment processor
Online invoice payments may be processed through services such as Stripe and/or Invoice Fly. Payment processing, card handling and settlement may also be subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy practices. No Alibi Performance does not ask customers to send full card numbers through this website contact form.
11. How to request a cancellation or refund review
Use the website contact form or message @noalibiperformance on Instagram. Include your name, vehicle, invoice or estimate reference (if available) and the reason for the request.
